CPAP Machine and Mask Purchase
The provision of CPAP therapy is best undertaken under the supervision of a trained and experienced sleep professional. Sleep disordered breathing if not treated effectively can lead to risk for high blood pressure, rhythm abnormalities of the heart, heart attack, heart failure, stroke, and premature death. Therapy that is not optimised can result in ongoing sleepiness, mood dysfunction, dry mouth, urination at night, risk of motor vehicle accident and reduced quality of life. Seek advice and monitoring to ensure your therapy is optimised. The Sleep & Lifestyle Clinic takes no responsibility for effectiveness of use of machines and masks sold on this site. All prices listed on this website are in Australian Dollars and all charges will be processed in Australian Dollars.
All prices displayed and products and services offered or to be supplied on www.sleepandlifestyle.com.au are subject to change without notice.
All customers placing an order with The Sleep and Lifestyle Clinic Pty Ltd are required to login. This is to ensure that you are able to track current and previous orders.
Making a Purchase
Orders may be made online using your PayPal account, Visa, or Mastercard.
Customer advised to choose their product type and size carefully as returns can only be made in the case of manufacturing fault, an error on our behalf, or under the terms of ResMed’s product returns. Examine products on receipt (within 48 hours) to ensure they are correct.
Changing your order
You cannot cancel or modify an order online once the checkout process has been completed. If there is a mistake in your order, please notify us immediately at 02 6282 1723 and quote your Order number so we can rectify any errors prior to processing your order.

The Sleep and Lifestyle Clinic Pty Ltd uses Australia Post for all parcels and envelopes.
Shop online securely with Sleep and Lifestyle Clinic Pty Ltd and get FREE shipping with purchases over $50 AUD, standard rate shipping $12.95 when under $50 or $18.50 express rate shipping to anywhere in Australia. We do not ship outside Australia.
Orders in excess of $400 will be sent via registered post.
Once we receive your order, it will be dispatched within 2 working days of receiving your order.
Estimated delivery within 1-3 business days for Express Shipping and 3-5 business days for Standard Shipping.
Please note these delivery times are to metro suburb areas, rural post codes can take a few more working days.

In-Store Pick Up
Shop online securely with Sleep and Lifestyle Clinic Pty Ltd and choose In-Store Pick Up. Pick up your purchase from our Phillip store (61 Dundas Court, Phillip ACT 2606). Simply order online before close of business and your order will be ready for collection instore, the following business day.
Refunds are only offered in case of:
- Manufacturing faults. Customers should refer to the documentation; provided with their product or the manufacturers website for warranty information.
- Merchandise must be original in the sealed packaging.
- Products under ResMed’s Money Back Guarantee policy. See www.resmed.com.au for details of ResMed’s returns policy.
Sleep and Lifestyle Clinic Pty Ltd endeavours to ensure that all products are free from damage and defects and staff do a thorough inspection of all goods before they are shipping to our customers. We stand behind the quality of our products, but if you come across a manufacturing fault, please contact us at email@example.com as soon as possible within 48 hours of delivery for us to arrange exchange of the defective product. Please note refunds or exchanges cannot be guaranteed without photographic evidence and in-store inspection of the fault. In the case of defective return postal will be met by The Sleep and Lifestyle Clinic Pty Ltd.
- Merchandise must be returned within 21 days of receipt.
- Merchandise must be original in the sealed packaging.
- Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, unstained, and unperfumed.

The Sleep and Lifestyle Clinic Pty Ltd is not responsible for the cost of return shipping. Customers are urged to hold onto proof of postage as Sleep and Lifestyle Clinic Pty Ltd is not responsible for returns lost by Australia Post or other services.
If you paid for shipping at the time of your original order, you will not be credited the cost of shipping when we receive your return.
Please keep in mind when we receive return deliveries, we aim to process them within 7 business days, but high-volume periods, especially during holiday periods, could cause delays. We apologise for any inconvenience.
Complaints & Comments / Claims & Disputes
Claims concerning the products delivered must be lodged within 48 hours following delivery of the product.
Claims or disputes will always be examined with the greatest care. It is expected that the customer is acting in good faith when making any complaint(s). The customer should first contact us to seek a solution.
We will aim to reply to all emails within 2 business days of the time of receipt.
Discount used at checkout are only applied to the total price of items purchased and are not applied to the price of shipping.
